Real Estate Marketplace is owned and operated by Broker, Damon Beaird. I have a over 15 years experience in the real estate industry. I earned my Bachelors of Science in Real Estate Finance, with a minor in Real Estate from Morehouse College in 1994. Real Estate Marketplace opened its doors in 1998, representing buyers and sellers in the Southern California market. Over the years, we have chosen to remain a small firm, which allows us to give specialized attention to our clientele, providing you with the personal service that is necessary to consummate diverse real estate transactions, whether in a thriving or volatile real estate market.
